will you be my valentine?

Cole has been excited for his Valentines Day party at school for days. He went to bed early last night, woke up in the best mood, and happily put on a red shirt (picked out by Mom)! He gave and received many valentines with Grandma's help, participated in making a 'friendship fruit salad,' and ate (and sweetly shared with Harper) a plate full of chocolate strawberries and deserts. I'm always so impressed to see Cole at school intereracting so well with the other kids; never getting upset, or trying to take the spotlight. He is thriving, and just loves being there!

(I guess Cole refused to decorate his Valentines bag - the only blank one in class.
Unfortunately his lack of art skills comes from both parents...Haha!)

P.S. This sweet little girl in the last couple pictures is Natalie. I'm pretty sure Cole's sweet on her, but we didn't bother explaining to him the whole point of today. He's still my little Valentine - and I don't plan on sharing anytime soon... ;)
