first steps

For a few weeks now, Cole has been standing by himself (without holding on to anything), and last night he took three consecutive steps! He took a first step about a week ago, but hasn't tried since. We were so caught off guard, as he did it on his own, that we didn't get pictures. He'll be ten months next week, so this is quite a surprise for us that he's even trying. Obviously he likes crawling better, but nevertheless, he may be walking sooner than we think!

Update: This afternoon as I practiced with Cole, those three steps grew to about seven! He seems to be a very fast learner...
